How you will grow
- STEP 1 First 3 months Work alongside a senior assistant: carrying and setting up equipment, site photos, collecting records at the Legal Affairs Bureau and city offices.
- STEP 2 Around 6 months Start taking on survey notes, draft drawings and preparing registration documents.
- STEP 3 Around 1 year Goal: handle a small case from site preparation to finished paperwork.
- STEP 4 Next Assistant Surveyor exam (allowance JPY 5,000/month; exempts the surveying part of the Land & House Investigator exam), then the Land & House Investigator license (allowance JPY 50,000/month).
