Why we rebuilt the site
Until now, this site introduced only the land & house investigator office. With an administrative scrivener joining in 2022 and a judicial scrivener office alongside, we have relaunched as Fukuhara Offices — three licensed professionals, one first contact point.
Land, rights and permits usually belong to a single story, yet clients have traditionally had to visit a different professional for each chapter. Under the new setup, each matter is handled by the professional licensed for it, while the first conversation happens in one place.

- Contact form: consultations can now be started online, in English or Japanese

What’s next
We plan to add case-based guides — “a relative passed away”, “I want to start a company”, “I need a boundary settled” — so you can find your situation and see the path from there.
